¾ cup of packed brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets or just use parchment paper on cookie sheet. Into a bowl mix, granola, flour, and salt. Cream butter, Crisco , sugar and brown sugar for about 2 minutes. Add egg, and vanilla and beat until mixed.

Drop dough by heaping teaspoons about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 9-12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Store cookies in a covered container up to one week. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
